A job seeking candidate attending an interview will not fail on purpose. There will be some reason or the other for a candidate’s failure in the interview. Some of the common reasons for such failure are:

1.     The candidate is not fully prepared for the interview.

2.     He/she lacks certain skill sets given in the JD.

3.     Exhibits bad communication skills.
